Kale :D206 viewsHere is a kale leaf and one leaf of purple curly kale. As the season doesn't last long, but while it's on there is an abundance of leaves I decided to freeze some so that I could use them later also in my smoothies :) I rinse them, allow them to dry some, then remove the stems and tear leaves into a bit smaller pieces. Then I freeze them in about single or double layers in the freezer, and then I put the pieces into boxes where I store them until I use them. I'll have plenty for the winter now ;)
